Infrastructure - Invitation to Bid - CALGARY – DEERFOOT SQUARE Renovate Main Floor Lab and 2nd Floor

The contract involves the renovation of laboratory and office spaces at the Deerfoot Square building located at 2938 – 11 Street NE, Calgary. The project encompasses work on both the main and second floors, where an unused laboratory area of approximately 86 square meters on the main floor will be converted into office space containing 10 new rover workstations. On the second floor, two spaces totaling around 80 square meters will be transformed to accommodate 10 new resident workstations, while removing 3 existing workstations. This results in a net increase of 17 workstations for the Ministry’s staff. The solicitation, issued by the Government of Canada’s Infrastructure agency, was posted on January 27, 2026, with a response deadline of February 17, 2026.
