Perform the following Work: Modifications to the access control system for the building to increase security. .2 Installation of a new CCTV system including cameras and recorders. .3 Installation of lock guards and astragals on secure doors throughout the building. The contractor services will include replacement of existing security cameras, addition of new security camera including infrastructure and system head end, as well as upgrading of various door hardware on compromised doors. The Work comprises of the following: Replacement and modernization of the elevator at 11150 Kingsway Avenue. These elevators are service two floors within the building. Equipment modernization shall include but not be limited to controllers, motors, dispatch equipment, and security equipment. Elevator cabin modernization shall include but not be limited to floor, walls, ceilings, lighting, operating panels, control, and ventilation equipment replacement and upgrades. All electrical and fire alarm systems associated with the elevator, including equipment in the elevator shafts, shall be upgraded to suit the new elevators and meet the latest codes and guidelines.
