Work of the Contract comprises the following: .1 Replacing windows, skylights, doors, soffit and refreshing and repairing the masonry. .2 Replace all exterior punched windows, frosted windows (as indicated on drawings), inclusive of penthouse windows .3 Replace/repair of steel framed doors and the overhead door, as indicated on drawings ; .4 Replace aluminum framed main exterior doors with updated barrier free controls; .5 Replace the automatic doors at the upper and lower level, complete with updated barrier free controls. .6 Replace six (6) skylights along the southeast entrance to the interior level; and .7 Refresh the brick façade, with repair and replacement of brick where required. Site also contains an extensive retaining wall system, to be included in the refreshing and repair of the brick veneer. Repairs to the retaining wall system to also include the east parking lot planter, complete with excavation of vegetation to facilitate repairs. .8 Soffit investigation and replacement with new metal soffit. .9 Brick investigation at building wall and repairs as required. .10 Survey exterior mounted light fixtures and replace fixtures older than five years. .11 Supply and install new window blinds .
