Renovation to exterior sidewalks, exterior sunken courtyard, interior atrium courtyard and stair railing at the Whitecourt Provincial Building located in Whitecourt, AB as indicated on the Drawings. Exterior Sidewalks • Remove existing sidewalk sections as identified on the drawings. • Prepare subgrade and provide new concrete sidewalks to meet specified grades, finishes, and accessibility requirements. Interior Atrium • Remove existing concrete surfaces, planters, and stair railings as identified. • Perform demolition in accordance with safety and protection measures for adjacent finishes and structural components. • Provide new work per architectural and structural drawings, which may include: o Concrete slab infills or modifications. o Architectural finishes and detailing. o Replacement or relocation of stair railings as designed.
