To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement to purchase INGERSOLL RAND INSPECTION SERVICES at the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWWTP) located at 6977 S. High St., Lockbourne, Ohio 43137 on an as-needed basis. The successful bidder shall be a factory certified service center for Ingersoll Rand compressed air equipment. Please bid your monthly price for monthly inspections for twelve (12) months beginning April 2024 through March 2025. A written report shall be generated at time of inspection listing any irregularities or repairs need on the units. The funds available on the Purchase Order expire on 3/31/2025. Any available funds balance not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be canceled after that date. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified.
