All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR16105152 no later than August 21, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to AlejoA@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
