This solicitation, numbered 2100107, is for the supply of carbide inserts specifically designed for use on LRV wheel machines, limited to NWROF applications only. Bids must be submitted through the Bonfire platform, with access requiring registration and completion of the Prepare Your Submission process to view detailed specifications and response fields. All submissions must adhere to FOB Destination freight terms, with shipping costs included in the quoted price; FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms are not acceptable. Delivery timelines are critical, and failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes default and may result in immediate termination of the contract by Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority. Payment terms are Net 30, requiring invoices to be sent in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org, clearly referencing the purchase order number, item details, quantities, pricing, and totals, with payment initiated 30 days after the later of invoice receipt or order receipt. The Authority reserves the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part for nonperformance, holding the vendor liable for reprocurement costs, unless the failure stems from circumstances beyond the vendor’s or subcontractor’s control, in which case termination may be reclassified as for convenience.
