The Texas A&M University System (A&M System) is seeking bids for the purchase of machining, welding, and fabrication equipment specified in this Invitation to Bid for the Space Collaboration Facility project located in Houston, Texas. The manufacturer name and model (if any) listed for each item are meant to be descriptive and not restrictive. Specifications that include but not limited to language such as "must", "will", "shall", "minimum", "maximum", etc. may not be deviated from and are required elements. The A&M System will determine if the products offered are acceptable and will meet the needs of the A&M System. That determination made by the A&M System shall be final. It is our intent to issue an award to one bidder, however, it is within the A&M System's discretion to award to multiple bidders. Bid shall be submitted electronically via AggieBid by the bid due date and time of Wednesday, July 15, 2026 by 2:00 PM - Central Time. **Late bids will not be accepted or considered. Email all questions to Sterling Crowdus at email: soprocurement@tamus.edu or submit through the Q&A section within AggieBid.
