The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, has a requirement to inspect, install and repair boundary fencing near Seminoe Reservoir in Carbon County, Wyoming. The principal features of work are as follows: 1. Inspect and repair of boundary fences near Seminoe Reservoir in Carbon County, Wyoming. 2. Work will include the inspection, repair, and/or rebuilding of approximately 8,100 feet of barbed wire fence. 3. The finished fences shall be in alignment, taut and solid at all points. 4. The inspected fences and the newly constructed fences shall meet the specifications which will accompany the solicitation, R16PS01072. 5. No gates will be constructed for the fence line. This requirement will be 100% set aside for small business participation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and the Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (www.fedbizopps.gov) website. The extent of the work will be described in the solicitation when it is posted on or about June 7, 2016, under Solicitation Number R16PS01072. The contract period of performance is anticipated to begin on or about July 25, 2016, with an anticipated completion date before September 30, 2016.
