Key technical requirements involve semi-annual testing of starter systems and engines under at least 30% load, and annual inspections featuring oil and filter changes alongside a two-hour full load bank test. Contractors must also perform specialized tasks such as infrared surveys of electrical connections and fuel oil testing, while documenting all activities in on-site logbooks and providing formal condition assessments using the City's specific rating matrix. The contract is structured as a twelve-month agreement beginning October 1, 2026, with two optional one-year renewal periods, and has an estimated annual value of approximately $40,000.00.
