SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT The contractor shall provide preventative and routine maintenance service to all Base Kodiak owned and operated radio communications equipment IAW SOW. The contractor must arrange for 2 technicians to visit Kodiak to complete a comprehensive inspection, provide diagnostic and evaluation services and make adjustments to achieve full normal operations. Technical support will be offered around the clock following the visit. Contractor will be selected based on lowest price technically acceptable. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None Performance Period: 26 Sept 2018 - 25 Sept 2019 SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: Prior to ordering or procuring materials, submit a copy of the required information to the Contracting Officer for approval. Include manufacture's catalog data, certificates and other evidence indicating compliance with the specifications Per Submittals Requirements of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable federal, state, and local construction and environmental regulations, requirements, best management practices, and standard operation procedures. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK AND ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD UPON REQUEST.
