Full Description

Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6, subpart 6.302-1, the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, Pine Bluff Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source contract for the replacement of the HVAC, Duct Work, Controls, and Doors at Bldg. 63-320 to Harrison Energy Partners. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 238220 is applicable. Small business size standard is $15 million. The Sole Source will be awarded to William A. Harrison, inc., DBA Harrison Energy Partners, 1501 Westpark Dr Ste 9, Little Rock, AR 72204-2457. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Government's needs.
