THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office (PAO) has a requirement to install center pivot irrigation at Clay Center, NE. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the irrigation installation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 - $500,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP), 12805B24R0039, may (or may not) be issued on or around August 1, 2024 The NAICS Code shall be 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a small business size standard of $45M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined. The RFP will be accessible via sam.gov in the - Contracting Opportunities section. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments.
