Existing Ranges 1-6 (Buildings 157, 159, 161, 163, 165 and 167) located on the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, Glynco, GA have an existing Action Target vacuum system for removing expended ammunition and items discharged during the use of various firearms. The ammunition expended is frangible; they are designated - no lead' ranges. The intention for the new system is an automatic electric motor driven auger type ballistic debris collection system that will physically move the expended ammunition and other items that are expended when discharging firearms. The new system will move the waste to a single point of collection and deposit material in a 55 gallon barrel. The intent is for the new system to attach to the existing mountings with minimal to no modification. The current vacuum system will be removed and all equipment associated with it. The new system is to be as low maintenance as possible to facilitate extended operations with little to no down time caused by the collection system. The new system will keep dust and material from escaping as much as possible. Ease of maintenance with the new system is to be an important consideration. This a source sought for information only. Please provide your response in no more than 10 pages. Submitting example of completed projects is recommend.
