THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a Tymetal Pluss Gate Locking System for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens in Ayer, Massachusetts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 (size standards in millions of dollars is $15). The Government contemplates award of a construction contract with a firm-fixed unit price resulting from the future solicitation. The contractor shall furnish the installation of the gate and the associated remote controlled, electro-mechanical locking systems. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
