Pre-Solicitation Install Septic Systems at Blgs 1324 & 1326 Eielson AFB, AK The work consists of the contractor providing all personnel, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform the work required, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings. Description: Provide all work needed to include, but not limited to: Regulatory approved decommissioning of the wastewater storage tanks at each location. Tanks shall be pumped dry; top surfaces removed; and completely filled full of sand. Contractor shall remove and dispose of bollards along new pipe alignment. Installation of approved 1,000 gallon, HDPE septic tank and leach field system at each location and the generation of as-built drawings of each system. Installation of high water alarm light with float switch in B6421 as shown in schematic drawings attached. High water alarm shall be non-auditory with a simple low-voltage loop to a step-down transformer mounted adjacent to building MDP and fed with from new circuit breaker. **Eligible contractors shall be certified by the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation as Conventional Onsite Domestic Wastewater treatment and Disposal System Installers.** The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238910 with a size standard of $14 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is being solicited IAW 19.10 - Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
