The work on this contract consists of furnishing all material, labor and equipment to complete the installation of one 1,000 gallon septic tank serving the visitor contact and office building, one 1,500 gallon septic tank serving the to-be-constructed comfort station, 1100 lf of 4-inch septic tank effluent pipe, 550 lf of absorption trenches, and all associated appurtenances such as clean-outs, distribution boxes, and drain field monitoring ports. (B.) Demolition of the existing wooden cesspool in accordance with State Code and proper disposal of timbers are also included. PROJECT LOCATION: Carbon River Ranch which is located at 35415 Carbon River Forest Road East Carbonado, WASPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The full scope of the anticipated contract will be included in the solicitation. The estimated period of performance is 60 days. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 36,The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 and the annual size standard is $14 million annual average receipts. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is subject to the Davis Bacon Act and applicable Department of Labor wage rates. The Government intends to award a single contract. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote on forms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the government, technical factors and cost or price considered.
