Full Description

The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Command, Control, and Communication Engineering Center (C3CEN), Portsmouth, VA proposes to increase the ceiling on existing Contract HSCG84-06-D-AAT135 on the basis of other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(c) with the incumbent contractor. This effort will provide continued and uninterrruped installation/de-installation, logistics, management, and other support services for C4IT fielded equipment and in support of C3CEN's Product Lines and Core Technologies located worldwide as a bridge (approx 8 months) until the new Installation Logistics Management Support Services (ILMSS) contract can be solicited and awarded.
