Estimated quantity of commodity: 1Duration of contract: Contract award to one (1) year from contract award.Time frame of delivery: Contract award to one (1) year from contract award.Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement for the supply and install of a new central air conditioning system to ensure the appropriate temperature, humidity, and ventilation required for the lobby of the Official Residence in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.To fulfill this requirement, DFATD is initiating a procurement with the intention of selecting one (1) Contractor for the works.The procurement will be carried out in two (2) separate stages, as followed:Stage 1 –Request for Qualification (RQ)Stage 2 – Request for Proposals (RFP)The objective of the RQ is to prequalify Contractors with the necessary knowledge, skills and experience in similar projects for participation in the subsequent RFP.
