128 ARW, Wisconsin Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to SBC Global Services Inc (DBA AT&T Customer Growth Group). This effort entails movement of AT&T owned telecommunications in support of existing 128 ARW Utilities privitization contract (W912J2-09-C-2000). This procurement will be conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, only one responsible source. The period of performance is 45 days after contract award. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Quotation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Interested parties with questions or comments regarding this notice or the planned procurement should be submitted to the Contracting Specialist, within 7 calender days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
