*DESCRIPTION Installing Power Supply. *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items. Installation of Power Supply and computer room AC units into racks, QTY 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Valley Wide Air, 705 Lakefield Road, Suite L, Westlake Village, CA 91361. Valley Wide Air is the only Emerson-Liebert authorized vendor to install the required specialized equipment with the knowledge of Liebert UPS connectivity, compared to standard power connections. A complete understanding of the way the system operates internally is necessary to insure a proper and safe installation. This requires installers that are certified for Liebert equipment in order that the separate Liebert system devices operate together. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
