Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with one (1) qualified supplier who will provide Instructional Design to the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
DBHDD is seeking to secure a vendor to provide expert level instructional designers and developers to build new e-learning content and refresh existing e-learning content for both Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) staff and DBHDD providers. Both the development and refresh will be occurring on an as needed basis.
Vendors must have expertise in the instructional design field to analyze and develop highly engaging content for learners with various technology skills and reading levels.
Vendor must be able to demonstrate their understanding of learning trends and best practices for creating highly engaging e-learning content for adult learners.
