This presolicitation notice is being posted in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.2. This is not a request for proposal. The Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Test Center, Test Range and Specialized Contracting Division, Specialized Contracting Branch (AFTC/PZZC) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract for this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements (10 USC 2304(c)(1)), to EMC Corporation, CAGE Code: 1XL56, 2201 Dupont Dr 500, Irvine, CA 92612. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services with a size standard of $27.5M. The Service Code is R425 - Support - Professional: Engineering/Technical. The anticipated acquisition is for a five-year, firm-fixed-price (FFP), ID/IQ commercial service contract for the Instrumentation Configuration, Management, Support and Development (ICMSD) Services of the Instrumentation Loading, Integration, Analysis and Display (ILIAD) Tool-set with an anticipated ordering period from 01 Apr 2018 through 31 Mar 2024.
