The contract specifies the procurement of electrical insulation sheeting designated by NSN 5970-01-496-8241 and part number M24768/14-S-2, compliant with Military Specification MIL-I-24768/14 Revision D dated 03/10/2020, classified as a critical application item. All technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersedes any other standards unless explicitly amended. Sampling must adhere to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero nonconformances required in the sample lot unless otherwise stated; attributes are to be verified at levels VII, IV, and II for critical, major, and minor characteristics respectively, with unspecified attributes treated as major.
