The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is planning to procure an Integrated Library System (ILS) Next, a comprehensive library management solution designed to handle the acquisition, tracking, circulation, cataloging, and user access of both hardcopy and digital data within NGA libraries. This system will manage a variety of data types, including geospatial and non-geospatial source data across multiple network domains. The acquisition will be conducted as a total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS codes 541519 or 519120, inviting capable small business vendors to compete via the GSA eBuy platform. The solution will support operations and maintenance at two primary locations near Springfield, Virginia, and Saint Louis. Interested firms are required to submit a concise response package of five pages or fewer demonstrating their financial and technical capabilities, relevant past performance (up to five contracts), and business size classification across various small business categories. Responses are to be submitted in writing by the stated deadline, with proprietary information protected if designated. No solicitation is currently available, and inquiries must be directed via email to the designated contract specialist. The gathered information will help determine the availability of qualified vendors able to provide commercial off-the-shelf products and associated services that meet the draft statement of work requirements.
