PSPC has a need for integrated and on-demand moving, warehousing, inventory management, dismantling and installation, and uninstalling AV equipment services to support Real Property Services mandates, including vacating existing office space currently owned or leased by the Government of Canada and conducting fit-ups of new office space or refitting existing office space to meet new Government of Canada workplace standards. Through a competitive procurement process, bidders may submit a bid as a single entity or in joint venture to provide the above noted on-demand services for projects associated with PSPC’s Workplace Transformation initiative within the National Capital Region (NCR). NCR is an official federal designation for the Canadian capital Ottawa, Ontario, the neighbouring city of Gatineau, Quebec, and surrounding urban and rural communities.
The purpose of this RFI is:
1) to solicit interest for upcoming requirements as described above; and
2) to solicit comments, concerns and recommendations to the proposed approach for the procurement of services.
