The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 to the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, 401 Tiltrotor Drive, Plant A, Amarillo, TX 79111 on an other than full and open competitive basis for CV-22 Dual-Digital Map System and Electrical System Improvements. This effort includes, but not limited to, system improvements, program management, integration, documentation, qualification, characterization, and test efforts. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft.
