Full Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Comer Construction, Inc., 2100 Slade Lane, Forest Hill, MD 21050-1701. The contractor shall prov ide topsoil, double-sifted, through 1/2 inch screen with minimal organic content and moisture content between 10-20 percent. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 327992 and the size standard is 500. Interested p ersons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, January 17th, 2008.
