Full Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Director of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Robert A Denton, 2967 Waterview Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309-4600. The contractor shall provide parts for the ATDS (crash dummies) destroyed in MRAPS Ballistics Testing. Robert A Denton holds proprietary designs for the Hybrid II and Hybrid III ATDS that these parts will be used in. Parts must be provided by Robert A Denton, Inc. in order to properly integrate with pre-existing ATD bodies. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334519 and the size is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest in writing, to the Government point of contact.
