Full Description

It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract. This agency intends to award a purchase order to Scientia Global Inc, 2210 Front Street Suite 204 Melbourne, FL 32901-7360. 6 SFS requires the following: -Annual maintenance and repairs of the Security Forces Control Center System for the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC). The software developed by Scientia customized for MacDill AFB with the Advantor Intrustion Detection System is called Constant Technologies Master Control System. The software developed by Scientia for the BDOC Master Control System is essential to the command center operation as it is the brains behind the entire Audio Visual System. A contract for annual maintenance and repair for the Security Forces Control Center System integrated with the Constant Technologies Master Control System, will be awarded to Scientia Global Inc. following no response back to this notice of intent. The purchase of the annual maintenance and repair must be done through Scientia Global Inc. because only licensed Scientia Global personnel can make modifications to the software. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the contracting officer before the date listed on this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. If no response to this notice is received by 4:00PM EST on Friday, 13 August 2010, the award for annual maintenance and repair of Security Forces Control Center System configured for Constant Technologis Master Control System will be made to Scientia Global Inc.
