US Coast Guard, Training Center Petaluma, CA intends to award a sole source award to NIDA CORPORATION. for the requirement of NIDA 130ST trainers and components at United States Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, 1 US Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, VA 23690. NIDA CORPORATION 300 S John Rodes BLVD, Melbourne, FL 32904 UEI: K2LEV75U4Y55 NAICS: 334418 PSC: 5963 REFERENCE NR. 63100PR230000144 The US Coast Guard intends to establish a single award contract. The Government intends to award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
