Full Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting - APG, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Harford County Government, PO Box 609, Bel Air, MD, to cover tipping fees for disposal of trash and debris which must be disposed of in a lined landfill. Debris will be hauled to the landfill by government personnel. Estimated 475 tons of non-hazardous waste, mattresses and range residue per year; base and 4 option years. The contemplated award amount is significantly less than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562219 and the size standard is $12.5M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This data must be sufficient enough to allow the Government to evaluate the information relative to the above requirements.
