The Regional Contracting Office Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (RCO GTMO) is seeking contractors capable of providing approximately 20lb bags of charcoal and 64oz bottles of lighter fluid in support of Joint Task Force GTMO in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Vendors are responsible for delivering items ordered by RCO GTMO to the port of Jacksonville, FL. Any pricing provided by vendors should be inclusive of these shipping fees. The government will provide follow-on delivery of items to GTMO from these locations. The RCO GTMO intends to establish multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to support these requirements.
