The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with LRP Publications, for the renewal of 73 online Subscription License agreements for cyberFEDS and 12 Workers Compensation. This Web tool is used by Human Resources (HR) Office employees and Civil Rights Office employees for research and to obtain information and guidance such as case law, arbitration awards, United States Codes, relevant Codes of Federal Regulations, pay tables, classification and qualification standards, handbooks, manuals, arbitrator biographies, statistics and Quick Start Guides. CyberFEDS provides a unique one-stop service for the Federal Government HR and Civil Rights communities in an efficient and intuitive automated tool. CyberFEDS offers many exclusive features that assist Reclamation employees, increasing efficiency and accuracy, especially within HR, Civil Rights and labor relations work. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
