Proposals must meet mandatory technical and compliance criteria labeled with terms such as “must,” “shall,” or “obligatoire,” and failure to satisfy any will result in non-compliance. Offers must be submitted in English or French via email to Jay.Carr@forces.gc.ca by July 29, 2026, at 14:00 EST, and remain valid for at least 120 days post-deadline.
