NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:  The NAICS Code is 541611. The 432d Contracting Office, Creech AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by RFO 6.103-1, only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement, to Advantor Systems for Advantor maintenance.  Advantor Systems is the proprietary owner and servicer of the Advantor system. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all responses received electronically by 10:00 AM PST, 22 June 2026 that are equivalent to Advantor Systems will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Any information should be e-mailed to taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil no later than 22 June 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.  All questions should be directed to Capt Taylor Peeples at taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil.
