Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego intents to execute a sole-source modification to increase the contract ceiling and funding for contract N00244-21-C-0003 in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 Only one responsible source. 


This contract is currently held by the incumbent contractor, United Support Services, Inc. (3252 Holiday Ct STE 110, La Jolla, CA 92037), and is set to expire on November 13, 2026. The proposed modification is necessary to maintain operational readiness and keep the Department of the Navy's Berthing and Messing barges in working condition.


The Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT) requires critical contractor support to perform Organizational Level (O-Level) maintenance aboard Berthing and Messing barges throughout the Pacific Fleet region.


This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
