The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Suite 250, Fort Knox, KY 40121, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Boston Dynamics, Inc. (UEI: CG78ATJ18YX5 / CAGE Code: 0Y756), located at 200 Smith St., Ste. 4100, Waltham, MA 02451.
The procurement is for a comprehensive warranty package for Spot the Dog. The U.S. Army 6th Recruiting Brigade owns Spot the Dog and requires the Spot Care Service Plan which provides all-inclusive system protection, including full coverage for accidental damage incurred during routine operations, automatic software updates, and comprehensive parts replacement.
This action is being conducted under FAR Part 12 (DFARS CD 2026-O0028), Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Submitted capability statements shall include sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the requirement, including relevant experience, pricing information (if available), and supporting documentation.
