Full Description

The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the Incumbent Contractor for which services were solicited under RFP 100-13-SOL-00016 for Support and Claims Adjudication for the EPAP program. The link to the solicitation can be found here: https://www.fbo.gov/index?mode=form&id=8c6cfe257da22e79be051381b87ea60a&tab=ntype The government is unable to make award under this solicitation because it did not receive satisfactory offers based on the scope of work. In an effort to ensure that services are continued while the program re-defines its requirement, the government intends to negotiate with the incumbent, Xerox Federal Solutions, for similar services. This is not an RFP or a sources sought. If you believe you are capable of delivering services similar to those described at the above-referenced solicitation you may submit a statement of capabilities, but this does not guarantee that negotiations will cease with the identified contractor. It is anticipated the services for the EPAP program will be re-solicited in the first or second quarter of FY14.
