AI Contract Overview
The U.S. Space Force, through New Boston Space Force Station, intends to award a sole source contract to LDIA Holdings, LLC, doing business as Prometheus Security Group Global, for independent Subject Matter Expert (SME) consulting services to provide technical oversight and advisory support for the installation, testing, and accreditation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS). The SME will not perform physical installation but will ensure compliance with mission-specific security standards, system requirements, and DoD accreditation processes, with specialized expertise required in the Honeywell-Vindicator platform. This procurement is justified under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) due to the unique, non-replicable expertise needed for the Honeywell-Vindicator system, and no competitive solicitation will be conducted. The notice is not an RFP or IFB; responses are limited to capability statements submitted via email to Kristin Morrison and Rachyl Cushman by 11:00 AM EST on July 8, 2026, and will be treated solely as informational inputs without forming the basis for award or compensation. Performance will occur at New Boston, New Hampshire, with technical oversight also potentially involving Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, the location of the contracting office. No contract value, pricing, period of performance, or specific delivery schedule is provided, as the notice precedes formal negotiation and award. The contractor must support accreditation activities including SSR, SSM, SSO reviews, and ATO/ATC processes, and facilitate the transition to A4S sustainment frameworks. While no formal contract clauses, evaluation factors, packaging requirements, or representations are detailed in the notice, compliance with Space Force and DoD security protocols is implied, and a security clearance is strongly required for access to SCIF environments. The solicitation number is FA2835-1770, and all communications must be directed solely to the designated points of contact; no other submissions or inquiries will be considered.
