Indian Health Services - Gallup, New Mexico, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Ziehm Imaging, Inc., 6280 Hazeltine National Drive #100, Orlando, FL to provide 3D Software Upgrade for the Ziehm C-Arm Unit located at building 2018 at Gallup Indian Medical Center, 516 E. Nizhoni BLVD, 87301. This procurement of supplies or services is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR Subpart 13.501(a), Special Documentation Requirements. The justification and approval document will be made publically within 14 days of contract award in accordance with FAR 13.501 (a)(iii). The anticipated award date is June 14, 2017.
