[clink on the link in this solicitation to access the specifications] > NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source Purchase Order to 4D Technology Corp under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). 4D Technology Corp is the only shortwave ir laser profile instrument found that meets our requirements. > NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Shipping address is NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center, 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD 20771. > The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. > The NAICS Code for this procurement is 333314. > Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort by email to contact@example.gov not later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, August, --28, 2017. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
