SF-1442 has been updated to reflect the correct Solicitation number as posted in SAM.gov as well as the updated deadline. 



Due to incorrect Wage Determinations list being previously posted, the correct Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations lists for Atlantic County has been cited in the attachments section. In order for all interested vendors to make adjustments, the solicitation closing date has been moved to Tuesday May 19th at 3:00pm.

  1. Ceramic Tile states repair cracked, loose, or delaminated tiles but also states tiles replacement. Which is correct?  Answer: Replace
  2. Please confirm we are only extending the existing tile floor throughout the balance of the room?  Answer: Correct. Extending ceramic tile in Rm 235.
  3. Luxury Vinyl Tile states, repair cracked, loose or delaminated tiles. Please confirm that this should be a full removal and replacement of the LVT?  Answer: Remove and replace LVT floor in Command Suite and the 3 adjoining offices.
  4. The only room noted for new ceiling tiles is Rm. 243, is this correct?   Answer: Yes, this is correct.
  5. At the site visit it was noted that the facility will supply all ceiling tile, is this correct?   Answer: We will provide the ceiling tiles.  
  6. What permits are anticipated for this project?   Answer: No permits are expected.
  7. What is the specification required for the new kitchen cabinets?   Answer: Replace in kind
  8. The scope provides a 60-day period of performance which is not sufficient for material lead times and work performance, is the government willing to consider extending the POP to 120 or 180 days?   Answer: Yes, POP has been extended to 120 days.

SOW & SF-1442 have been amended to reflect the changes in the POP. Due date for solicitations has been extended to 15 May 2026 to permit adjustments for interested vendors.           
  2. Will the contractor be permitted to use the on-site restroom facilities, or is the contractor required to provide a portable restroom?     Answer: No. Contractors shall supply portable restrooms.
  3. On which floor of the building will the work be performed, and is an elevator available for the contractor's use?     Answer: work will be performed on the first and second floors, no elevator is available.
