Delivery is FOB Destination to the Travis Association For The Blind in Austin, Texas, with a production lead time of 150 days for the initial order. Contractors must comply with the Berry Amendment for domestic sourcing and follow strict marking and labeling requirements, including the use of 13-digit national stock numbers and the specific wording AF Safe to Fly on labels. Inspection will follow General Inspection Level II with an AQL of 2.5 for major defects.
