His Majesty the King in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), is inviting suppliers with experience in the delivery of construction services to submit a Response to qualify for the planned work for the various construction projects. The scope of this solicitation covers international construction works across 5 designated regions: Africa/Sub-Saharan, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East/Maghreb, and the Americas. These regions reflect the geographical distribution of current and anticipated projects and are intended to facilitate region-specific expertise, responsiveness, and delivery capacity. The countries for each region are listed in Annex E, Countries by Region. This list is provided for information only and may change during the contract period. Bidders must be able to operate in the countries within the region(s) for which they submit a proposal. Work under this contract will involve the demolition, construction and fit-out of office spaces located within Government of Canada’s international portfolio, abroad.
