The City of New London proposes to construct roadway improvements to the Williams Street and Broad Street intersection in New London, Connecticut by adding a roundabout. See City website for IFB documents https://newlondonct.gov/bid-documents State Project L094-0003 This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals. There is $4,470,745 in state-funding for this project. State law requires project-specific goals be set for this project based on the project’s needs and available Small Business Enterprises (“SBEs”) and Minority Business Enterprises (“MBEs”). The SBE goal for this project is $406,689. The MBE goal for this project is $374,485. The selected contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the spending allocation goals.
