The City of New London proposes to construct roadway improvements to the Williams Street and Broad Street intersection in New London, Connecticut by adding a roundabout.

This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals. There is $4,470,745 in state-funding for this project.
