The City of New London proposes to construct roadway improvements to the Williams Street and Broad Street intersection in New London, Connecticut by adding a roundabout. The contractor who is selected to perform this State project must comply with CONN. GEN. STAT. §§ 4a-60, 4a-60g, and 46a-68b through 46a-68f. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals. There is $4,470,745 in state-funding for this project. State law requires project-specific goals be set for this project based on the project's needs and available Small Business Enterprises ("SBEs") and Minority Business Enterprises ("MBEs").
