Bids must be submitted by the time and date specified above, at which time those bids will be publicly opened and read in Conference Room 130 at Madison City Hall. Each bidder is responsible for mailing or hand delivering its bid so that it will be received at the above noted address at or before the specified time of the bid opening; bids received after that time will not be considered. An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. local time in Conference Room 130 at Madison City Hall located at 100 Hughes Road, Madison, Alabama 35758. This project consists of full signal replacement with the addition of pedestrian push buttons, pedestrian ramp installation, sidewalk installation with additional crosswalk striping, and handrail installation at the culvert crossing with a 12’ access gate for ditch and culvert maintenance.
