The University of Waterloo invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for an Interview Preparation Platform in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one (1) supplier that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP. The objective of this Request for Proposals is to procure an accessible, evidence-informed, and responsibly designed artificial intelligence–supported Platform that enhances interview preparation for post-secondary students at the University of Waterloo. The Platform will support diverse learners across disciplines and experience levels in developing practical interview skills, confidence, and overall readiness for employment opportunities. It is intended to complement and support existing career development services by enabling scalable, customizable, equitable, and flexible access to practice opportunities and personalized feedback.
