Invitation to BID South Pagosa Resurfacing Project

Archuleta County in Colorado is soliciting bids for the South Pagosa Resurfacing Project, which involves the resurfacing of approximately 1.25 miles of South Pagosa Boulevard from the northerly intersection of Capricho Circle to just north of Heath Drive. The project will utilize Full Depth Reclamation on a roadway last reconstructed in 2001, generally maintaining existing horizontal and vertical alignments while implementing minor slope corrections. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of road construction activities, including asphalt pulverization, excavation, embankment, gravel placement, asphalt paving, and shouldering. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for erosion control, ditching, pavement marking, signage, traffic control, and seeding and mulching. Bids for this solicitation must be submitted by the deadline of April 3, 2025.
